■Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
The successful candidate must have:

・Bachelor’s Degree
・Around 5-10 years of financial industry experience (fund/distributor onboarding, project management, or client services is preferred)
・Candidates with less experience may be considered at the Analyst level
・Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
・Understanding of fund structuring and operating model is desired
・Being familiar with fund documents is plus
・Knowledge of alternative investment fund is preferred but not a must
・Possess strong technical and analytical skills
・Problem Analysis and resolution; Ability of identify & summarize issues
・Attention to detail and accuracy with logical insights
・Ability to perform at a high-level within an entrepreneurial culture with a focus on excellence in a deadline driven environment
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
・Highly driven and proactive with the ability to take initiative
・Ability to work independently for the assigned pre-existing items in a team‐oriented environment
・Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients
・Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
・Relevant local Financial Product Sales Licenses is plus
