■Position Description
Our mission is to execute settlement operations accurately and efficiently for our electricity portfolio and related financial and physical transactions, including power, LNG, coal, crude oil, and foreign exchange.
Specifically, we support our trading activities through the preparation and coordination of trade confirmations and signature processes with counterparties following trade execution, verifying and preparing invoices, and carrying out timely settlement operations, while ensuring the accuracy of transaction data and driving continuous improvement of business processes.

■Key Role Responsibilities
・ Verification, approval, and correction of transaction details in internal systems
・ Preparation and management of trade confirmations and signature process with counterparties at the time of trade execution
・ Validation of invoices from counterparties and preparation of invoices for our company
・ Analysis of discrepancies in invoiced amounts, identification of root causes, corrective actions, and proposal of preventive measures
・ Execution of settlement operations for power market transactions and OTC trades Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
・ Development of tools and process improvements to enhance settlement efficiency
・ Compliance with market rules and regulations and staying updated on changes
・ Collaboration with other departments (Trading, Risk Management, Finance, IT)
