【Main Purpose】
The Commissioning Manager is accountable for commissioning readiness, execution, system turnover and start-up support for the Japan project. The role leads commissioning engineers, contractors and vendors to complete systems safely, on schedule and in accordance with approved procedures.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The manager must read drawings, understand the works, walk the systems, remove blockers early, drive checklist completion and issue clear English reporting without waiting to be chased
.

【Key Responsibilities】
■Commissioning readiness
Own the master commissioning plan, system priorities, readiness tracker and 2-week look-ahead. Confirm drawings, procedures, tools, permits, vendor support, materials, test packs and prerequisites before planned work.
■Checklist and procedure control
Drive active completion of commissioning checklists exactly as per approved procedures. Challenge weak evidence, prevent unsupported sign-off and keep the commissioning software live.
■Field execution leadership
Lead daily field walkdowns and test readiness reviews. Verify installation against P&IDs, layouts, vendor manuals, control logic and operating sequence before energization or start-up.
■Interface and blocker removal
Coordinate construction, electrical, automation, mechanical, process, HSE, QA/QC, operations and vendors. Convert problems into owners, actions and deadlines.
■Reporting and handover
Issue clear English daily/weekly status, including progress, blockers, decisions required, next 48-hour plan and handover readiness. Ensure turnover packs are complete before release to Operations.

【Job Summary】
The Senior RAS Veterinarian is responsible for leading fish health, welfare, and biosecurity across Atlantic salmon land-based (RAS) operations, ensuring a disease-free production system from eggs through harvest. The role focuses on prevention-first health management, including control of bacterial, viral, and parasitic risks, while minimizing the use of veterinary drugs through strong biosecurity, surveillance, and best farming practices.
A core component of the role is the integration of fish health and welfare through the implementation of Operational Welfare Indicators (OWIs), ensuring continuous monitoring of fish condition, behavior, and performance. The position supports antibiotic-free or reduced-antibiotic production strategies through proactive health management, welfare optimization, and robust biosecurity systems.

This is a senior operational and systems role that provides veterinary leadership across the hatchery, freshwater, and grow-out stages. The position ensures alignment between Fish Health Management Plans, SOPs, certification requirements (e.g., RWA/NSF), and daily farm execution, with strong focus on measurable KPIs, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

A critical responsibility of the role includes the early recognition, diagnosis, and management of salmonid-specific diseases, encompassing bacterial, viral, and parasitic conditions unique to Atlantic salmon production. This includes, but is not limited to, diseases such as Infectious Salmon Anemia (ISA), Piscirickettsiosis (SRS), Bacterial Kidney Disease (BKD), Furunculosis, IPN, and parasitic challenges (e.g., sea lice in relevant stages). The role requires strong capability in clinical assessment, lesion recognition, and interpretation of laboratory diagnostics (PCR, histopathology, microbiology), enabling timely decision-making and rapid response protocols within RAS environments where early detection is critical to prevent system-wide impacts.

Experience in the recognition and management of early maturation (precocious puberty) as a key welfare and performance risk, including early indicator identification and mitigation strategies. Additionally, solid understanding of off-flavor management (geosmin and MIB) in RAS systems, including monitoring, assessment, and coordination of depuration processes to ensure product quality.

【Responsibilities】
•Oversee fish health across all life stages (egg to harvest), maintaining disease-free Atlantic salmon production and high welfare standards
•Prevent, diagnose, and manage bacterial, viral, and parasitic diseases, including both infectious and non-infectious conditions linked to RAS environment and handling
•Lead fish health surveillance programs, including sampling design, necropsy/post-mortem routines, laboratory coordination (bacteriology, virology, parasitology, histopathology), and interpretation of results
•Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Fish Health Management Plan, ensuring alignment with SOPs, certification standards, and farm practices
•Implement vaccination programs, monitor vaccine performance, and support continuous improvement of vaccination strategies

•Partner closely with RAS operations to manage fish-health-critical water quality parameters (DO, CO₂, temperature, pH, TAN, nitrite), ensuring defined operational limits and escalation procedures

●Work-face HSE control
- Inspect active construction work fronts daily, with priority on high-risk activities including lifting, work at height, excavation, hot work, confined spaces, energization, temporary works and simultaneous operations.
- Verify that approved method statements, risk assessments, JSA/JHA, permits to work and toolbox talks match the actual work being performed.
- Stop unsafe work when there is imminent danger, missing permit control, uncontrolled energy, unsuitable access, poor lifting control or unacceptable contractor behavior.
- Confirm that PPE, access, barricading, signage, housekeeping, emergency equipment and welfare arrangements are suitable and maintained.
●Training, engagement and incident prevention
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, targeted safety briefings and refresher training based on actual site risks and incident trends.
- Coach supervisors and contractors on practical hazard recognition, safe sequencing and corrective actions that can be implemented immediately at the work face.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions using root-cause thinking; identify preventive actions, owners and due dates.
- Promote quality hazard observations and near-miss reporting, with feedback to the workforce so that reporting leads to visible improvement.
●HSE reporting, compliance and emergency readiness
- Maintain accurate inspection records, permit records, training records, incident reports, corrective-action logs and HSE dashboards.
- Prepare clear daily HSE reports in English, including observations, high-risk activities, stop-work events, incidents, actions, owners and due dates.

【Main Purpose】
The Electrical Supervisor is a hands-on construction supervisor responsible for planning, supervising and verifying electrical installation, testing and pre-commissioning activities for the Pure Salmon land-based aquaculture facility in Japan.
The role must understand the actual electrical works, read single-line diagrams, cable schedules, layouts, schematics and termination details, and coordinate daily field execution with technicians, contractors and other disciplines.
The successful candidate must be able to solve electrical construction problems at site, control safety and quality, and issue clear English reports that show progress, blockers, risks and actions.


【Duties & Responsibilities】

〇Electrical construction execution
- Read, understand and apply approved electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, containment layouts, grounding details, lighting/power layouts, control schematics and vendor documents.
- Plan and supervise daily electrical work fronts including cable tray/conduit, cable pulling, panel installation, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, UPS, lighting, earthing/grounding, instruments and terminations.
- Verify that manpower, tools, access, materials, permits, isolation requirements and inspection points are ready before work starts.
- Coordinate electrical interfaces with civil/building, mechanical, process equipment, automation, utilities and commissioning teams.

〇Safety, quality and testing readiness
- Enforce electrical safety requirements, PTW, LOTO, temporary power controls, energization controls, barricading and testing precautions.
- Check installation quality against drawings, specifications, ITPs, vendor requirements and good electrical workmanship before formal inspection.
- Prepare and supervise inspection and testing activities including continuity, insulation resistance, point-to-point checks, loop checks, grounding checks and energization readiness.
- Identify electrical defects, clashes, access problems, missing materials or design issues early and propose safe corrective actions.

〇Leadership and reporting
- Lead electrical technicians and contractor crews with clear daily instructions, expected outputs, safety controls and quality standards.
- Maintain daily records of work completed, cables pulled/terminated, tests completed, defects, punch items, materials, manpower and constraints.

The role must understand the actual works, read structural/civil/building drawings, check dimensions and work sequence, coordinate contractors at the work face, and ensure that construction is safe, buildable, compliant and properly reported.
The successful candidate must demonstrate recent real construction experience, practical problem-solving, clear English reporting and the ability to close issues before they become schedule, quality or cost problems.

The role works daily with the Construction Manager, project engineers, contractors and supervisors to remove constraints, resolve field technical issues, verify progress and quality against the latest drawings, and report the actual status of the works clearly in English.
This is not a desk-only coordination role. The successful candidate must demonstrate recent hands-on construction experience, strong drawing-reading capability, practical judgement at the work face, and a problem-solving mindset.
