多様な専門家チームの一員として、性能およびコスト目標を満たす最適なソリューションの特定に向けたプロジェクトに携わります。また、世界各国の専門知識を持つメンバーと密接に連携しながら、チームの知見や能力を最大限に活用して業務を進めます。
このポジションは、SLS（Scientific Laboratory Services）グローバル技術サポート食品・飲料チームに所属します。勤務地は筑波工場（茨城県稲敷郡阿見町）です。
主な業務内容：
このポジションでは、以下のような業務に携わる機会があります：

• 技術分野のエキスパートで構成されるグローバルチームの一員として専門性を発揮していただきます
• 日本および韓国の食品・飲料市場において、社内外の顧客に対し、さまざまなアプリケーションにおけるベストプラクティスを実現するための包括的な技術的ガイダンスおよび技術的リーダーシップを提供します
• ラボスケールから工業規模までの実現可能性評価（フィジビリティスタディ）を実施し、その結果を適切な対象者に向けて説明・提案します
• プロジェクト目標を踏まえ、プロセス全体（上流から下流まで）を最適化するための技術ソリューションを提案・実行します
• 顧客先においてオンサイトでの技術サポートおよびトラブルシューティングを行い、課題解決を支援します

The Technical Specialist (Field Applications Scientist) role is responsible for providing technical support to sales representatives and customers in the Food & Beverage industry. As part of a diverse team of experts, you will work on projects to identify optimal solutions that meet performance and cost objectives. The associate will be joining a global team of knowledge workers who collaborate closely to leverage the team's capabilities.
This position is part of the SLS (Scientific Laboratory Services) Global Technical Support Food & Beverage team and will be located in Tsukuba, Japan, with flexibility to work at Pall Corporation’s Shinjuku office in Tokyo, Japan. Our goal is to provide unbiased technical support to our customers, helping them produce the best food and beverage products.
With guidance from your manager and senior colleagues, you will have the opportunity to:
• Work in a global team of technical experts.
• Provide comprehensive technical advice to all internal and external customers across Japan and Korea food & beverage market to ensure best practices in various applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies from laboratory to industrial scale and present the results to the relevant audience.
• Provide technical solutions, taking into account the project objectives, and to optimize the entire process upstream and downstream.
• Assist with troubleshooting on site at the customer’s premises.
