80% for Managerial accounting tasks reporting to Senior FP&A Manager
20% for supporting tasks for Project Management Office (PMO) under Senior FP&A Manager
Both tasks have the same reporting manager and ratio will change by the progress of the project, and PMO support is expected for about one year.

Experience and qualification
Primarily Mandatory:
• Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience in global companies, serving as a liaison to global finance teams.
• Minimum 5 years of P&L control experience (including full P&L responsibility for sales and expenses).
• Native or native-fluent Japanese speaker for local communication.
• Business-level English proficiency for communication with global finance teams, demonstrating strong logical thinking and evidence-based communication.
