■We are looking for a highly self-motivated and committed individual to join our Japan office as a Sales Executive.

You shall be responsible for the promotion and sales of educational products to universities, colleges, international schools and English language training centres & book distributors.

You will communicate regularly with your manager on progress of business initiatives and overall client relationship status, possess the ability to rapidly identify and act on prospects and partners’ needs and issues.

What you’ll do:

•Create sales plan with the manager.
•Cold calling for new customers to build on new pipelines, sales leads follow up.
•Develop and manage key accounts and prospects and work proactively with team members for account development. 
•Monitor and implement sales & brand strategy. 
•Actively contribute to formulation of go-to-market strategies. 
•Expand, develop and maintain contacts with key influencers and decision makers in the educational field.
•Work with local and regional marketing teams to develop yearly promotional plans and marketing collaterals.
•Drive brand presence and product growth.

■What skills you’ll bring:

• Graduate or post-graduate qualification or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years education industry experience.
• 5+ years sales experience.
• Good disposition, resourceful, and goal-driven.
• Ability to set and exceed goals, push self and others for results.
• Adaptability and flexibility to operate autonomously and within a team context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to write and speak Japanese to a professional standard.
• Able to write and speak competently in English.
• Technology savvy.
• Ability to travel.

残業手当

管理監督職のため、労働基準法41条により、労働時間、休憩、休日の割増賃金の規定は適用されません。

年間有給休暇:有給休暇は入社時から付与されます
初年度は1~6月入社の場合10日となり、7月以降の入社については入社月に応じて以下の日数付与されます。
(試用期間中半年は1か月に1回取得可)
7月入社:5日、8月入社:4日、9月入社:3日、10月入社:2日、11月入社:1日、12月入社:0日
更に入社後最初の1月1日に11日、7年度以降に年間有給数20日の上限に達するまで、毎年少しずつ数が増えながら1日1日に有給が付与されます。
