We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Becoming our new customer focused Technical Supporter, you will report to Sales Director, Japan dotted line to Technical Support Manager located in Singapore and be part of our technical support team consisting of 15 employees.

You will daily be working with cutting edge technology and be part of our great technical support team, which supports our distributors all over the world.
■Most important tasks:
・Always assure the functionality of our robots
・Ensure that our distributors are trained and offered the highest level of technical support
・Provide pre-sales technical support to sales, partners, and customers
・Maintain demo room and accommodate visitors for technical meeting and demos
・Take part in the preparation of technical material
・You should expect to have +100 annual days of travelling
・Participate in international exhibitions
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are self-motivated and know how to provide the highest level of support to our customers and service them on a professional level.
