Management of Post M&A Integration activities

We look forward to receiving applications from candidates who are interested in gaining extensive global & hands-on business experiences through live PMI projects.
The major roles we expect the candidates to perform are as follows (but are not limited to):
1) PMI planning and execusion: maximize the post-acquisition business value by joining in PMI projects, and develop PMI plans, execute the plan, monitor the progress, and track synergies
2) Project management: Act as the leader/ member of the Integration Management Office (IMO), and give advice to, report to, or communicate with various stakeholders in PMI projects, including top management, sponsoring business teams, or corporate functions
3) Center of Excellence: codify the knowledge gained in the PMI process as best practices and improve the methodologies to make it more effective and productive.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 祝日, 年末年始
・End-to-end, hands-on experience with large-scale/ complex M&A/ PMI projects and a thorough understanding of the process
・At least 5 years of work experience and 3 of them within M&A/ PMI area
・Extremely strong communications skills and people skills
・A desire to travel or being seconded to a certain country to conduct PMI activities
・Experience working in, around, and with Japanese companies
・Strategy consulting background - areas such as M&A / PMI / finance / IT / HR
・Experience in corporate M&A/ PMI team in a global company
・MBA or equivalent degree
