IPO準備に向けた財務・経理体制の構築、および管理部門全体の統括をお任せします。代表の右腕として、財務戦略の立案から実行まで、プレイング
マネージャーとして牽引していただくことを期待しています。
IPO準備業務全般
・証券会社、監査法人との折衝・対応
・内部統制（J-SOX）の構築・運用
・上場申請書類（Ⅰの部、Ⅱの部）の作成・整備
経理・財務・管理業務
・月次・四半期・年次決算（単体）の早期化と精度向上
・中長期的な経営計画、予算管理、キャッシュフロー管理の策定・運用
・資金調達（金融機関との交渉等）の立案・実施
組織マネジメント
・管理部門（経理・人事・総務）のメンバー育成とマネジメント
・業務フローのデジタル化、ガバナンス体制の強化

求める経験 / スキル
■必須要件
以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
・CFO（またはそれに準ずる役職）として企業価値向上に携わった経験
・スタートアップ企業等において、一人、もしくは少人数で管理部門の立ち上げからIPO準備までを完遂した経験
・経理部長として、監査法人対応を含む上場準備実務をリードした経験
■歓迎要件
・事業会社における上場（IPO）の実現経験
・公認会計士、税理士、または日商簿記1級などの専門資格
・美容・化粧品業界、またはEC・小売業界など在庫管理が発生する事業での知見
・基幹システム（ERP）の導入・リプレイス経験

仕事内容
【Job Summary】
・Serve as Chief of Staff for a CFO/Rep Director and an executive officer of Finance
・Lead strategic business development initiatives including identifying opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate partnerships to drive growth and operational efficiency
【Responsibilities】
■Main responsibilities include:
・Act as Chief of Staff to CFO and Representative Director
・Coordinate CFO’s agenda with engaging senior stakeholders
・Lead small-scale BD projects within the CFO Group
・Work for large/mid scale BD projects with FLT members
・Facilitate and coordinate FLT & CFOLT meetings and CFO Group Townhalls
・Identify M&A and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business needs
・Lead end-to-end deal execution with cross-functional teams and external advisors (e.g., Legal, Accounting, Financial Advisors)
・Formulate business cases with Finance team and negotiation strategies for Board approval

・4-8 years of experience in an analytical role in FP&A, top-tier investment banking, or transaction advisory
・Experience in leading cross-functional projects and working with executive-level stakeholders.
■Competencies:
・Excellent financial modeling skills and keen attention to detail
・Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
・Strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex business environments.
・Bilingual proficiency in both written and spoken English
■Experiences:
