【Main Purpose】
The Safety Officer is a field-based HSE professional responsible for ensuring that construction activities on the Japan project are planned, permitted, executed and reported safely at the work face.
The role must understand the actual works, read drawings, method statements, risk assessments and permits, identify practical hazards before they become incidents, and work with supervisors and contractors to implement safe solutions.
The successful candidate must be visible on site, firm on unsafe work, clear in English reporting, and able to turn observations and incidents into closed corrective actions rather than simply listing problems.

【Duties & Responsibilities】
This is a site-execution role. The job holder must be visible on site, understand the actual works, verify the field condition against the drawings, and drive issues to closure with practical options.
●Work-face HSE control
- Inspect active construction work fronts daily, with priority on high-risk activities including lifting, work at height, excavation, hot work, confined spaces, energization, temporary works and simultaneous operations.
- Verify that approved method statements, risk assessments, JSA/JHA, permits to work and toolbox talks match the actual work being performed.
- Stop unsafe work when there is imminent danger, missing permit control, uncontrolled energy, unsuitable access, poor lifting control or unacceptable contractor behavior.
- Confirm that PPE, access, barricading, signage, housekeeping, emergency equipment and welfare arrangements are suitable and maintained.
●Training, engagement and incident prevention
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, targeted safety briefings and refresher training based on actual site risks and incident trends.
- Coach supervisors and contractors on practical hazard recognition, safe sequencing and corrective actions that can be implemented immediately at the work face.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions using root-cause thinking; identify preventive actions, owners and due dates.
- Promote quality hazard observations and near-miss reporting, with feedback to the workforce so that reporting leads to visible improvement.
●HSE reporting, compliance and emergency readiness
- Maintain accurate inspection records, permit records, training records, incident reports, corrective-action logs and HSE dashboards.
- Prepare clear daily HSE reports in English, including observations, high-risk activities, stop-work events, incidents, actions, owners and due dates.
- Escalate serious incidents, high-potential near misses, repeated non-compliance and life-critical control failures immediately to site management.
- Plan and participate in emergency drills, evacuation exercises and first-aid response reviews; capture lessons learned and ensure closure.
●Key Performance Indicators - initial project targets
Targets are to be reviewed after the first 90 days and calibrated to the approved project baseline, contract requirements, and actual site risk profile.
- Zero fatality and zero life-threatening uncontrolled event; 100% high-potential events escalated within 1 hour.
- 100% of high-risk work verified as covered by approved PTW/JSA/method statement before start.
- Daily HSE inspection report completed for 100% of active construction days.
- >=95% corrective actions closed by due date; critical actions closed or made safe within 24 hours and high-risk actions within 72 hours.
- 100% site induction completion before worker access; toolbox talk attendance recorded for planned high-risk activities.
- Monthly HSE dashboard issued on time, including manhours, TRIR/LTIFR trend, near misses, inspections, actions, training and key risks.
- Emergency drills completed according to plan, with lessons learned issued within 3 working days and actions tracked to closure.

【Main Purpose】
The Electrical Supervisor is a hands-on construction supervisor responsible for planning, supervising and verifying electrical installation, testing and pre-commissioning activities for the Pure Salmon land-based aquaculture facility in Japan.
The role must understand the actual electrical works, read single-line diagrams, cable schedules, layouts, schematics and termination details, and coordinate daily field execution with technicians, contractors and other disciplines.
The successful candidate must be able to solve electrical construction problems at site, control safety and quality, and issue clear English reports that show progress, blockers, risks and actions.


【Duties & Responsibilities】
This is a site-execution role. The job holder must be visible on site, understand the actual works, verify the field condition against the drawings, and drive issues to closure with practical options.

〇Electrical construction execution
- Read, understand and apply approved electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, containment layouts, grounding details, lighting/power layouts, control schematics and vendor documents.
- Plan and supervise daily electrical work fronts including cable tray/conduit, cable pulling, panel installation, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, UPS, lighting, earthing/grounding, instruments and terminations.
- Verify that manpower, tools, access, materials, permits, isolation requirements and inspection points are ready before work starts.
- Coordinate electrical interfaces with civil/building, mechanical, process equipment, automation, utilities and commissioning teams.

〇Safety, quality and testing readiness
- Enforce electrical safety requirements, PTW, LOTO, temporary power controls, energization controls, barricading and testing precautions.
- Check installation quality against drawings, specifications, ITPs, vendor requirements and good electrical workmanship before formal inspection.
- Prepare and supervise inspection and testing activities including continuity, insulation resistance, point-to-point checks, loop checks, grounding checks and energization readiness.
- Identify electrical defects, clashes, access problems, missing materials or design issues early and propose safe corrective actions.

〇Leadership and reporting
- Lead electrical technicians and contractor crews with clear daily instructions, expected outputs, safety controls and quality standards.
- Maintain daily records of work completed, cables pulled/terminated, tests completed, defects, punch items, materials, manpower and constraints.
- Prepare clear English daily electrical reports and weekly system-status summaries showing progress, blockers, quality issues, safety concerns and required decisions.
- Escalate energization blockers, unsafe conditions, repeated poor workmanship and milestone risks immediately with recommended recovery actions.

〇Key Performance Indicators - initial project targets
Targets are to be reviewed after the first 90 days and calibrated to the approved project baseline, contract requirements, and actual site risk profile.
- 100% of electrical work fronts verified against latest approved drawings, PTW/LOTO status and method statement before start.
- Zero unauthorized energization and 100% compliance with LOTO/PTW requirements for controlled electrical work.
- >=90% first-pass acceptance for electrical inspections and tests supported by the role.
- >=85% weekly work-plan adherence for committed electrical work fronts; constraints identified at least 7 days before planned need where foreseeable.
- >=90% of electrical punch-list, NCR and test-defect actions closed by due date.
- Daily electrical report issued on time for >=95% of working days, with progress quantities, photos, blockers and actions.
- Critical electrical safety, quality or energization blockers escalated within 2 hours and recovery plan proposed within 24 hours.

【Main Purpose】
The Civil & Building Supervisor is a hands-on construction supervisor responsible for planning, supervising and verifying civil, structural and building works on the Pure Salmon Japan construction site.
The role must understand the actual works, read structural/civil/building drawings, check dimensions and work sequence, coordinate contractors at the work face, and ensure that construction is safe, buildable, compliant and properly reported.
The successful candidate must demonstrate recent real construction experience, practical problem-solving, clear English reporting and the ability to close issues before they become schedule, quality or cost problems.


【Duties & Responsibilities】
This is a site-execution role. The job holder must be visible on site, understand the actual works, verify the field condition against the drawings, and drive issues to closure with practical options.
〇Civil and building work-front supervision
- Read, understand and apply approved civil, structural, architectural, rebar, formwork, concrete, steel, embed, drainage, road, finish and building-services interface drawings.
- Supervise and verify excavation, earthworks, foundations, concrete works, rebar, formwork, embedded items, structural steel, building envelope, finishes, drainage and external works as applicable.
- Check work-front readiness before start: latest drawings, permits, survey controls, access, temporary works, materials, manpower, plant, inspections and testing requirements.
- Coordinate daily with civil contractors, survey, QA/QC, safety, electrical, mechanical, process and logistics teams to remove constraints and prevent rework.
〇Quality, inspections and interface control
- Inspect the actual works against drawings, specifications, ITPs, tolerances and approved method statements before requesting formal inspection.
- Verify critical hold points including excavation approval, blinding, rebar, formwork, embeds, anchor bolts, concrete pre-pour checks, backfilling and waterproofing as applicable.
- Identify clashes, missing openings, wrong levels, poor workmanship, damaged works or out-of-sequence activities early and propose practical corrective actions.
- Maintain daily records, inspection evidence, redline/as-built inputs, NCRs, punch lists, quantities, equipment usage and material status.
〇Planning, reporting and problem solving
- Support short-interval planning and 2-3 week look-ahead planning by confirming constraints, work sequence, contractor readiness and inspection requirements.
- Prepare clear English daily reports with measurable progress, photographs, quantities, manpower, equipment, weather impact, blockers, actions and owners.
- Escalate structural, safety, quality, permit, inspection or milestone risks immediately with facts, options, recommendation and required decision date.
- Drive actions to closure with contractors; do not allow repeated defects, poor housekeeping, incomplete documentation or unresolved interface issues to drift.
〇Key Performance Indicators - initial project targets

【Main Purpose】
The Field Project Engineer is a site-based construction engineer responsible for turning design and engineering requirements into safe, buildable and well-controlled field execution for the Japan project.
The role works daily with the Construction Manager, project engineers, contractors and supervisors to remove constraints, resolve field technical issues, verify progress and quality against the latest drawings, and report the actual status of the works clearly in English.
This is not a desk-only coordination role. The successful candidate must demonstrate recent hands-on construction experience, strong drawing-reading capability, practical judgement at the work face, and a problem-solving mindset.

【Duties & Responsibilities】
This is a site-execution role. The job holder must be visible on site, understand the actual works, verify the field condition against the drawings, and drive issues to closure with practical options.
〇Field engineering and drawing control
- Read, understand and apply IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, RFIs and approved revisions before work starts.
- Verify that contractors are working from the latest approved drawings and that field conditions match design intent, dimensions, interfaces and constructability requirements.
- Identify clashes, missing information, access constraints, material gaps and sequencing risks early; propose practical solutions with safety, schedule and cost impact clearly stated.
- Maintain field redlines, as-built inputs, technical query logs and action trackers so that site decisions remain traceable.
〇Daily work-front execution
- Walk active work fronts every day with supervisors and contractors to confirm progress, readiness, manpower, equipment, materials, permits and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate interfaces between civil/building, electrical, mechanical, utilities, process/aquaculture systems and temporary works to prevent rework and delays.
- Support work packaging, short-interval planning and the 2-3 week look-ahead so that upcoming constraints are visible before they affect production.
- Ensure that problems are not simply passed upward: define the issue, root cause, options, recommendation, owner and required decision date.
〇Quality, safety and reporting
- Support inspections, hold points, punch-list closure and NCR resolution by checking the actual works against drawings, specifications and ITP requirements.
- Promote safe construction methods and immediately escalate unsafe conditions, design risks, access issues or quality failures that could stop the works.
- Prepare concise daily construction reports in English covering progress, quantities, photographs, constraints, decisions required, actions and risk to milestones.
- Issue a weekly engineering/work-front summary showing progress against plan, open RFIs, NCRs, punch items, critical constraints and recovery actions.
〇Key Performance Indicators - initial project targets
Targets are to be reviewed after the first 90 days and calibrated to the approved project baseline, contract requirements, and actual site risk profile.
- Daily field report issued on time for >=95% of working days, with factual progress, photographs, constraints and action owners.

- Redline/as-built inputs updated within 5 working days of confirmed field change or site instruction.
