仕事内容

Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales team, developing and
implementing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Managing day-to-day
sales operations and working closely with senior leadership to align sales
objectives with the organization’s broader business goals to build and maintain
strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Growth (50%)
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet company revenue and
growth targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure longterm
customer retention.
• Identify new market opportunities, industry verticals, and growth segments.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.
• P&L Responsibility for the assigned territory/market.
Marketing Alignment & Business Development (30%)
• Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to refine sales
approaches and identify new opportunities.
• Continuous assessment and improvement to sales processes, tools and
methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Work closely with marketing, product development and finance to align sales
initiatives and business objectives
Team Leadership & Coaching (20%)
• Drive consistent sales performance, ensuring individual and team performance
aligns with company objectives.
• Coach, mentor and manage sales teams, motivating and aligning company goals
while fostering a high-performance culture.

技能/経験

Requirements:
• More than 10 years of experience in sales leadership with people management of
a medium-scale team.
• Extensive knowledge of business administration processes, particularly factoryautomation
market analysis; strong understanding of marketing and controlling.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand fundamental
mechanical, electrical, electronic, and industrial-network functions in the factoryautomation
domain.
• In-depth understanding of relevant factory-automation markets, industries, and
customers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess risks and
opportunities, strategic thinker.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to support and drive sales and marketing
teams in launching and promoting focus products.
• Proven experience in direct sales and distributor-sales management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop sales
teams.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales professionals to drive
performance and meet targets.
• Overseeing sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
Authority
• Authority to decide on operational expenses of up to the equivalent of EUR
10,000.

年間有給休暇:初年度は入社のタイミングで付与日数が異なります。
6か月経過後、10~14日付与。
以降、毎年1月1日に付与され、2年目の付与日数は17日、3年目以降は毎年20日付与となります。
