■You will work with
The FBT(finance business&technology) Supply Planning team plays a vital role in ensuring product availability and meeting dynamic demand in the Japan market. Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential to achieve operational excellence while living bp’s values of Safety, Respect, Excellence, Courage, and One Team.
The team works closely with Procurement to secure raw materials and packaging on time, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with HSSE standards. It partners with Manufacturing and Plant Operations to coordinate production schedules, SKU setup, and inventory management, guaranteeing smooth operations and quality assurance.
Engagement with Sales and Marketing through S&OP and S&OE forums aligns supply plans with market demand and promotional activities, supporting customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Logistics and Distribution Partners ensures timely delivery of finished goods across China, optimizing transport and storage while minimizing risks.
The team also works with Finance and Business Planning to manage costs, margins, and working capital, reinforcing BP’s performance-driven approach. Finally, connectivity with Regional and Global Supply Chain Teams ensures compliance, best practices, and continuous improvement, reflecting BP’s One Team culture.
Through these partnerships, the FBT Supply Planning team delivers reliable supply, cost efficiency, and customer value while embedding BP’s cultural principles in every interaction.

■Job Summary
The Supply & DRP Planner plays a key role in optimizing the flow of goods across BP’s supply chain. This position ensures efficient distribution, meets customer demand, and supports cost-effective operations. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a customer-focused attitude to drive continuous improvement.

■Job Responsibilities
•Develop and implement supply plans and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) that align with business goals and customer expectations.
•Evaluate demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to identify potential supply chain risks and recommend proactive solutions.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including sales, production, and logistics—to ensure effective execution of supply chain strategies.
•Lead customer inquiries regarding supply and delivery, providing accurate, timely information and resolving issues professionally.
•Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, demonstrating Agility core practices to implement innovative enhancements.
•Supervise and report key supply chain performance metrics, using analytical insights to highlight trends and areas for optimization.
•Apply strong commercial foresight to support decisions that enhance efficiency and profitability.
•Promote customer-centric thinking throughout the planning process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Lead priorities effectively and demonstrate resilience and self-awareness in a fast-paced environment.
•Support sustainability initiatives within the supply chain by advocating for environmentally responsible practices.
