仕事内容
1) Prioritize, plan, manage and follow-up all herbicide field trials and Insecticide and Fungicide
Trials for rice(in house and outsourced)
2) Analyze the results, provide judgement, and lead further action regarding global, regional,
and local projects.
3) Organize the project meetings with Product team, Technical support team, RS and GF to
discuss the plan, the progress and the direction of herbicide projects
4) Cooperate with the RS in order to obtain fast and appropriate pesticide registrations
5) Support local Technical support team through the technical knowledge and field or lab trials.
6) In the field season, give instruction or advice to filed agronomists in order to correctly carry
out the relevant trials.
7) Actively communicate with and support Korea teams as a NEA ASM.
8) Train commercial team by technical basis about the products

技能/経験
・University degree or above
・At least 3 years experience in development in the crop protection industry
・Broad and deep technical knowledge regarding agriculture and experience in field trials
・A lot of experiences in agrochemical development.
・Good understanding of the business challenges with a highly innovative spirit.
・Coordination and prioritization ability to response to many requests regarding biological field trials from internal and external stakeholders.
・Ability to convince the colleagues based on own expertise and technical outputs in the trials and project managements.
■Experience in field trials and planning of field trials
■Fluency in Japanese and English
■Project management skills, stakeholder management
