仕事内容
渉外調査部および製品チームに所属して頂き、ロシュも含む社内外のマルチステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを密に取りながら、価格・アクセス戦略および医療政策対応を推進して頂く役割です。（以下は例示）
・製品担当：担当製品の価格・アクセス戦略の検討・推進
・薬価等実務：新薬や既収載薬、医療機器の価格・保険適用手続き全般など
・医療政策渉外担当：費用対効果評価制度等に関する業界団体等での政策提言活動など
Description of work:
'This role will be part of the External Affairs and product teams, and will be responsible for driving pricing and market access strategies, as well as healthcare policy initiatives, while working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Roche. (examples below)
・In charge of products: Develop and promote pricing and access strategies for products
・Pricing practices: General pricing and insurance application procedures for new drugs, listed drugs, medical devices, etc.
・Healthcare policy and government affairs: Leading or contributing to industry proposals related to the cost-effectiveness evaluation system etc. by representing industry perspectives.

Background to recruitment：
In response to rising healthcare costs, demographic shifts, and an increasingly complex policy environment, the importance of market access and healthcare policy expertise continues to grow. In Japan, ongoing drug pricing reforms and the full implementation of the cost-effectiveness evaluation system have further heightened the need for sophisticated and strategic engagement.
To support the sustainable delivery of innovative medicines to patients, we are strengthening our market access function and seeking experienced professionals with expertise in healthcare policy such as cost-effectiveness evaluation system. This role will play a key part in leading both internal initiatives and external engagement, helping to advance our market access capabilities to the next stage.

技能/経験
・新薬収載手続きをリードして完遂した経験（1品目以上。3品目以上尚可）
・薬価・マーケットアクセス分野で行政当局等との折衝をリードした経験（5年以上必須）
・医療政策渉外（特に、費用対効果評価制度）に関わる業界活動の経験（3年以上必須、リーダー経験尚可）
・国内外のマーケットアクセス関連ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験
Required Qualifications:
・Experience in leading and completing procedures for the application of new drugs (At least one product. Three or more preferred)
・Experience in leading negotiations with government authorities, etc., in the area of drug prices and market access (at least five years)
・Experience in industry activities related to healthcare policy and government affairs (particularly health technology assessment / cost-effectiveness evaluation systems) (At least three years. Leadership experience preferred)
・Experience in communication with stakeholders related to market access in Japan and overseas.

・English proficiency equivalent to;
