主な業務領域
IT Directorとして、以下の3領域を横断的にリードしていただきます。
【1】情報セキュリティ・ITガバナンス
● グループ全体の情報セキュリティ戦略の立案と実行
● ISMS（ISO27001）の新規取得に向けたプロジェクト推進
● プライバシーマーク（Pマーク）の維持管理（※外部コンサルと連携）

【2】社内DX推進・ITシステム構築
● 社内業務のデジタル化・自動化に向けたITツールの導入・最適化
● 顧客管理／請求／KPI可視化などの業務プロセス改善
● グローバル拠点との情報連携とITインフラ整備
● 生成AI等の新技術を活用した業務改革の推進

【3】社内IT運用（※業務委託メンバーと連携）
● ヘルプデスク対応、IT資産管理（PC・ネットワーク等）の体制構築
● 社内アカウント管理・運用ルールの整備
● 業務マニュアル・フローの構築・アップデート

Key Responsibilities
As IT Director, you will lead initiatives across the following three domains:
1. Information Security & IT Governance
• Define and execute group-wide information security strategy
• Lead ISMS (ISO27001) certification project
• Manage Privacy Mark (P-Mark) certification with external consultants
2. Internal DX & IT Systems Development
• Drive digitalization and automation of internal workflows
• Improve operational processes such as CRM, invoicing, and KPI visualization
• Strengthen IT infrastructure and collaboration across global offices
• Lead transformation initiatives using emerging technologies like generative AI
3. Internal IT Operations (with outsourced support)
• Set up IT helpdesk operations and manage IT assets (PCs, networks, etc.)
• Oversee account management and internal IT policy
• Develop and maintain operations manuals and workflow documentation
