Dentsply Sirona, one of the largest dental solution companies is looking for a dynamic Service Director .
Direct reporting line managing staffs are approx.80 service engineers including 7 on-site service repair operation.
This service team mainly takes care of the machines relating Dentsply Sirona Technology division nation widely.

Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for service P&L　（incl. create P&L)
2. Be responsible for global exposure.eg New global service system implementation.
3. Provide high level solutions regarding repair and maintenance to sales leaders and service engineers
4. Take care of customers who has serious mechanical problems
5. Improve service operations for effective manner, eg implementing remote service over the phone

Challenge:
1. Improve and implement operational excellence, including KPI setting
2. Convert service operation to profit centre
3. Setting up and implementing standard service operation
4. Support Sales growth through customer satisfaction for repair sevice
