【Responsibilities:】
1.Drive annual financial growth targets for short-range products in the local region
2.Optimize the existing product portfolio and identify new product opportunities
3.Support sales in securing key customers, projects, and must-win bids
4.Engage in customer development and support DI/DW business growth
5.Prepare product training materials and deliver quarterly training sessions
6.Collaborate with chipset vendors, ecosystem partners, and the marketing team for promotions
7.Conduct regular customer visits, provide reports, and maintain industry relationships

【業務内容(和文)】
1. 地域における短距離通信製品の年間財務成長目標の達成
2. 既存製品ポートフォリオの最適化と新製品機会の発掘
3. 主要顧客、プロジェクト、そして必須入札の獲得において営業を支援する
4. 顧客開発に携わり、DI/DW事業の成長を支援する
5. 製品トレーニング資料を作成し、四半期ごとのトレーニングセッションを実施する
6. チップセットベンダー、エコシステムパートナー、マーケティングチームと連携してプロモーションを実施する
7. 定期的な顧客訪問を実施し、レポートを提供し、業界との関係を維持する

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
2.Experience with short-range products (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, etc.)
3.Solid background in product management, promotion, and customer engagement
4.Proficiency in Electronic Data Processing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
5.Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
6.Willingness to travel as required

2. 短距離製品（Bluetooth、Wi-Fi、Zigbeeなど）の経験
3. 製品管理、プロモーション、顧客エンゲージメントに関する確かな経験
4. 電子データ処理ツール（Microsoft Office Suiteなど）の熟練度
5. 優れたコミュニケーション能力、調整力、分析力
6. 必要に応じて出張可能な意欲
