◇Key Mission:
As part of marketing team, PR Specialist is to support overall PR activities to increase brand awareness and visibility through seasonal product launches/events or store openings and maximize sales potential. The PR Specialist will support to develop relationships with press and influencers through product seeding and events, and they need to have deep understanding of the products and the brand. They work closely with HQ communications team and local PR agency.

◇Key Responsibilities
-Work closely with operational team and HQ com team to receive timely PR products/assets
-Work closely with local PR agency to deliver timely PR products/assets
-Help organize PR activities such as press or influencer events
-Help maximize both online and offline coverage to increase brand awareness
-Edit/ Proofread owned media content (press release, press/influencer card, and other PR-related assets) and ensure consistency in all communications
-Create local press releases for store openings or other local initiatives
-Work with PR agency and VM team to manage PR samples and press room sample display
-Manage and organize product samples in office and warehouse
-Review press and influencer seeding list to achieve targeted KPIs.
-Monitor/Analyze media coverage also competitors’ PR & Communication initiatives
-Create PR-related event reports
-Invoice management
-Additional marketing team support if needed
