■職務内容詳細
Chevronアジア開発拠点であるテクノロジーセンターを代表するOEM窓口として、OEM各社（自動車、建機、農作機器）、業界団体（日本自動車工業会、自動車技術会、日本建設機械施工協会、日本農業機械工業会、日本トライボロジー学会）との関係構築を通じて、潤滑油添加剤の戦略的開発の方向性を把握、自社製品開発に役立てる。

Oronite develops, produces, and sells additive technologies for various lubricant applications. To understand future needs in this market early on, Oronite is working closely with OEMs and their industry associations. Japan is home to some of the largest, most influential OEMs for passenger cars, trucks and non-road mobile machinery.
The OEM and Industry Liaison plays a key role in developing strong relationships with OEMs and industry, which allow to identify future technical needs early on and thus provide critical guidance, allowing Oronite’s continued growth in the lubricant additives market.
The right candidate should be able to:
•build and foster strong relationships with strategic OEM’s across various hierarchy levels and industry organizations and successfully influence future specifications in Oronite’s favor
•consolidate information from various sources into market trends and provide clear guidance for the definition of future products and solutions, incl. consideration of new engine tests, specifications, regulatory changes, and future technologies
•lead and interact with large and diverse global teams
•proactively collaborate with peers and stakeholders including other OEM team members, formulators, product line management, sales etc.
•further develop the OEM strategy in collaboration with other functions
•represent Oronite in in industry associations and events
