■Why we hire
Our first target is to become Asia No.1 Online travel service. You will work with sales team, marketing team, customer support team, and development team to provide the best user experience for users and business partners with continuous improvement and innovation. You will be required to create the product vision and product strategy based on the real data coming from many data sources like user behavior tracking tool, voice of customer, NPS, competitor research, and market analysis results.

■Responsibilities:
・Lead the discussion of marketing, sales promotion, globalization, localization, contents management, customer relationship management process with stakeholders and provide appropriate products/services to acquire new customers.
・Increase the quality and customer satisfaction of all Travel Products and services by working closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer support and development teams across all over the world Groups.
・Own the design and implementation of services for travel experience related industry not limited to Hotel but also Rent-a-car, Bus, Activity and packaging tours etc.
・マーケティング、販売促進、グローバリゼーション、ローカリゼーション、コンテンツマネジメント、カスタマーリレーションシップマネジメントの各プロセスをステークホルダーと議論し、新規顧客獲得のための適切な商品・サービスを提供する。
・世界中のグループのマーケティング、営業、カスタマーサポート、開発チームと密接に連携し、トラベルの商品・サービスの品質と顧客満足度を向上させる。
・ホテルだけでなく、レンタカー、バス、アクティビティ、パッケージツアーなど、旅行体験に関連するサービスの企画・実施。

■As a Group Manager
・Lead travel business product team to create products for travelers and business partners along with the vision and viable strategy / tactics.
・Evangelize your products to stakeholders in/out side of company with presentations.
・Make presentations in conferences in sales area like US/China/Korea/Thai/Singapore and other APAC countries.
・Recruit new members and train junior/middle level PDM.
・旅行ビジネスプロダクトチームをリードし、旅行者やビジネスパートナー向けのプロダクトを、ビジョンと実行可能な戦略・戦術に沿って創造する。
・社内外のステークホルダーへのプレゼンによる商品啓蒙。
・米国、中国、韓国、タイ、シンガポール、その他APAC諸国などの営業エリアでのカンファレンスでのプレゼンテーション。
・新メンバーの採用、若手・中堅PDMの育成。
