担当業務
•ITハードウェア（主に社内利用）のソーシング戦略を構築するため、市場動向、競争環境、顧客要件 (NTT事業会社)、価格トレンド、コストベンチマーク等を分析
•メーカー、国内代理店やリセーラーとの交渉戦略を作成
•価格交渉を実行し、コスト削減を推進
Responsibilities
•Establish the sourcing strategies of IT Hardware for mainly internal use by analyzing market conditions, competitive landscape, customer (i.e. NTT Group companies) requirements, pricing trends and benchmarks
•Develop the negotiation strategies with suppliers (e.g. OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in Japan, local distributors and resellers).
•Manage tough price negotiations and drive cost savings.

技能/経験
•ITハードウェア関連で戦略的ソーシングおよびカテゴリーマネジメントの職務経験を最低3-5年有する
•困難な価格交渉の実務経験があり、そのような職務に就いている間のコスト削減やパフォーマンス改善を効果的に推進した実績を示すことができる
•ITハードウエア関連において顧客要件、業界トレンド、コマーシャルモデル（価格設定やリベート）などを理解する強い意欲をもつ
•以下のベンダーとの業務経験がある
- 日本Dell、日本HPE、日本Cisco、富士通、NECなど
- CTC、ネットワンシステムズ、ダイワボウなど
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management of IT Hardware.
•Must have hands-on experience managing tough price negotiations and be able to demonstrate a track record of effectively driving cost savings and performance improvement while in such a role.
•Must have strong motivation to understand customer requirements, industry’s trend, commercial model (pricing/rebate), etc. in IT Hardware category
•Experience should include working with the following vendors:
– Dell Japan, HPE Japan, Cisco Japan, Fujitsu, NEC, etc.
– CTC, Net One Systems, Daiwabo, etc.

業務では、ベンダーも日本支社とのやり取りがメインで、調達依頼を受けるNTTグループとのやり取りも日本語での対応のため、業務は日本語で遂行可能な環境です。全社の社内MTGが四半期に１回ありますが、オンラインでの参加であり、英語レベルに応じて、社内のチームメンバーがフォローしますので、今後、英語力を高めていきたいとお考えであれば問題ありません。
