仕事内容
Responsibilities:
Senior Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill our mission.
Position Details:
・Plan the Project (Setting the Goal, Planning for the Milestone and Critical Path, Planning for the internal/external Project Dependency, Planning for Test and Release, Planning for Budget, Creating the Schedule)
・Deliver the Project and Manage the Progress (Judgement and Decision Making, Process Management, Task Tracking, Quality Management, Budget and Cost Management, Planning Change Management)
・Manage the Communication (Stakeholder Management, Facilitation for the Project Members Communication, Reporting)
・Risk management
・Issue management and problem solving

Mandatory Qualifications:
・4-6+ years of Software Development experience as main project manager of sizable projects. (Project with 50+ project members)
・Software Development Technology knowledges
・Strong Leadership skills
・Excellence in Issues and Risk Management
・Decision Making and Problem-Solving skills
・Excellence in Communication skills, capable to minimize communication gap between stakeholders
・Excellence in reporting, presentation & meeting facilitation.
・Expert in Jira/ Confluence and other Project management Tools
・Fast learner with Positive leadership mindset
・Strong ‘commitment’ mindset for leading project to completion
・Experience in working directly with software engineers, product managers, and business partners.
Desired Qualifications:
・Project Management certified (e.g. PMP)
