知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現する、AI技術、クラウド技術を用いた大規模学習システム開発。

職務内容
他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。また、 海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションなどとも行って頂きます。
具体的な業務内容：
・機械学習等のAI技術を活用した認知技術向上を加速するためのフリート車両を使ったデータ収集およびアップロードシステムの構築
・クラウドシステムを使った開発システム(MLOps等)の構築やシャドーモードを利用した評価システムの構築
・フリート車両上でのサンドボックス実行を可能とするアイソレーション環境・仮想環境の構築

開発ツール等

・MBD系ツール：Rational、Rapsody　等
・言語：C、C++、Java、 Python、SysML、UML
・AIツール：Caffe、Chainer、TensorFlow、Pytorch、MLflow、Metaflow　等
・クラウドデプロイ系環境ツール：AWS、 Azure、GCP、Docker、Kubernetes 等

Research and development of in-vehicle/external sensing technologies to realize intelligent autonomous driving / advanced driver assistance systems

Job description
Collaborate with other departments, development partners, and research institutes both domestically and internationally to handle the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be responsible for demonstrations at overseas subsidiaries.

Specific Tasks:
- Build a data collection and upload system using fleet vehicles to accelerate cognitive technology improvement using AI technologies such as machine learning
- Build a development system using cloud systems (MLOps, etc.) and an evaluation system using shadow mode
- Build an isolation environment and virtual environment that allows sandbox execution on fleet vehicles

Development Tools:

- Languages: C, C++, Java, Python, SysML, UML

・モビリティ業界の経験不問
・プログラミング能力(C/C++/Python(Pytorch))

・AWS等クラウド環境構築経験
・機械学習環境構築経験
・サンドボックス環境構築、仮想化技術活用経験
・CICD環境構築の経験
・カメラ、レーダー(ミリ波等)、ライダー、ソナーなどセンサーに関する基礎知識または実務経験
・ISO26262に関する業務経験
・自動運転、安全運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験
・GDPR 等プライバシーポリシーに関する知識・開発経験
・大規模システムの開発経験、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・Agile開発の経験、スクラムマスターの経験
・オブジェクト指向開発（SysML、UML）、要求分析、システムアーキ設計の経験
・Automotive SPICELevel2以上の職場での開発経験

語学力

Experience in the mobility industry is not required
Programming skills (C/C++/Python (Pytorch))
Preferred skills / experience

Experience in building cloud environments such as AWS
Experience in building machine learning environments
Experience in building sandbox environments and using virtualization technologies
Experience in building CI/CD environments
Basic knowledge or practical experience in sensors such as cameras, radar (millimeter wave), lidar, and sonar
Work experience with ISO26262
Knowledge and development experience in autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems
Knowledge and development experience in privacy policies such as GDPR
Experience in developing large-scale systems and project management experience
Experience in Agile development and Scrum Master experience
Experience in object-oriented development (SysML, UML), requirements analysis, and system architecture design
Development experience in a workplace with Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher
