＜職務内容＞
マーケティング＆セールス・Nissan intelligent Mobilityサービスシステム部では日産車検討/購入されたお客様及びMobilityサービスをご利用されているお客様へ各種サービスを提供するためのシステムやマーケティング＆セールスの業務プロセスを支えるシステムの開発・運用をしています。

プロジェクトマネージャーとしてマーケティング＆セールス部門ユーザーと協業し、業務プロセスの改革やデジタルを活用しより洗練されたCustomer Experienceの提供をするためのシステム開発を複数プロジェクトリードします。Digitalを活用した新しい取り組みであるため、積極的な提案・ステークホルダーの巻き込みが必要です。
ビジネスプロセスの可視化、データモデリング、システム開発等の経験を踏まえた、プロジェクトマネジメントスキル及びチームとして成果を最大化するピープルマネジメントスキルが必要です。

＜Main Tasks＞
M & S Nissan intelligent Mobility Service Systems Department develop and operate systems to provide various services to customers who have considered / purchased Nissan vehicles and customers who are using Mobility services, and systems that support marketing & sales business processes.

As a project manager, collaborate with marketing & sales department users to lead multiple projects in system development to reform business processes and utilize digital to provide a more sophisticated Customer Experience. Since this is a new initiative that utilizes Digital, it is necessary to actively make proposals and involve stakeholders. Based on experience in business process visualization, data modeling, system development, etc., project management skills and people management skills that maximize results as a team are required.
