【学歴・資格】
■University degree or above preferably in science-related field in radiology areas (preferably radiologist / radiological technologist)


【経験・職務に必要な能力】
<Experience>
■3+ years in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry (open to various therapeutic areas)
■Experience developing and executing medical strategies for pharmaceutical brands
■Clinical research and trial management experience

<Communication & Interpersonal Skills>
■Excellent presentation skills; able to represent the company professionally at medical andscientific events
■Strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency required and preference for Japanese speakers but not mandatory
■Ability to engage authoritatively with healthcare professionals and investigators
■Relationship-building and persuasion skills

<Leadership & Collaboration>
■Leadership ability with skills to motivate teams
■Strong team player who can collaborate across a large organization
