仕事内容
・Support NPD and TT projects across Hair Care and Laundry categories
・Establish and validate manufacturing processes to ensure OTIF launches
・Act as the technical interface between R&D and Supply Chain
・Lead plant trials, scale-up, and production start-up activities
・Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing technical issues
・Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
・Maintain accurate and compliant technical documentation

求める経験 / スキル
■Required Qualifications (Mus have)
・10+ years of experience in FMCG / consumer goods manufacturing (Cosmetics, Hair Care, Laundry, or Home Care)
・Hands-on experience with B2C products. Minimum 3 years of experience in NPD, process development, scale-up, or technical transfer
・Ability to stay in Shanghai for extended periods and travel internationally
・10+ years of experience in FMCG / consumer goods manufacturing (Cosmetics, Hair Care, Laundry, or Home Care)
・Hands-on experience with B2C products. Minimum 3 years of experience in NPD, process development, scale-up, or technical transfer
・Ability to stay in Shanghai for extended periods and travel internationally
