◆業務内容
与信限度審査業務をベースに、専門知識/実務経験で得たノウハウを活かし、案件スキームの検討/実施、リスクヘッジ策の提案を展開。また、投資案件の実行、出資後の管理業務（海外投資先含む）も行います。

◆業務詳細
・営業部署から立案される客先に対する売与信限度申請等への審議・事務局対応
・案件組成支援（法務部、財務経理部他と連携）
・営業部からの日常的な相談対応
・年次、半期、四半期、月次で報告が求められる各種報告への対応
・トラブル事案、滞留債権等の進捗状況把握と管理

【出張頻度】
・国内出張：月1回程度（大阪、名古屋、その他担当営業部署仕入先等）
・海外出張：年1回程度（担当営業部署によって異なる）

■General information
As a Risk manager your focus will be on communicating the risk processes and policies as well as developing risk models for our financial organization. You will ensure that risk management practices are maintained and continuously improved. Identifies and analyzes the areas of potential risks and threatening the success of our organization and provides measures to mitigate these factors.

■Responsibilities
・Implementing, maintaining and updating our risk management process
・Responsible for forecasting changes in the future market trends, as well as predicting the cost of these changes to the organization
・Analyzing the financial impact when risks occur
・Performance of risk assessments and risk evaluation
・Providing strategic advice in regards to implementation of risk management methodologies
・Delivery of the ongoing self-assessment of risk management processes and procedures, scoping, agreeing and implementing improvements as required
・Reporting on risk to the relevant stakeholders ensuring
・Prioritize risk management in order to stay on top of the various critical risks the company face daily.
・Individuals understand their accountability for individual risks
・Educating employee on risk awareness
・Analyzing and documenting external risks posed by corporate governance stakeholders
・Develop plans to minimize and mitigate negative financial outcomes through a combination of project management and proposal development
・Evaluation of existing policies and procedures
