■業務内容
同僚と連携しプロジェクトを遂行し、美観と機能の両方の要件が満たされるように責任を負います。
また、PMOとしてチームをリードし、経営陣と緊密に連携し、プロジェクトの目標と要件を理解し、
設計コンセプトを効果的に伝えるための打ち合わせ、詳細図面の作成、プレゼンテーションの準備を行います。
この役割の重要な部分は、レイアウトとオフィスの改善イメージを導くための実現可能性調査と現場評価の実施です。
また、関係者からの詳細なフィードバックも取り入れる必要があります。

<English Part>
Facility management engineers collaborate with colleagues to execute projects and are responsible for ensuring that both aesthetic and functional requirements are met.
You also lead the team as part of the PMO, working closely with management to understand project goals and requirements, and preparing meetings, detailed drawings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
A key part of this role is conducting feasibility studies and site evaluations to guide the layout and office improvement vision.
You also need to incorporate detailed feedback from stakeholders.

工場施設管理部門は、土地、建物、各種設備、施設の維持管理を行い、

このポジションは、主に間接部門におけるオフィスの改修・移転・製造プロセスを対象としたファシリティマネジメントに注力します。
施設管理チームは、
1) 生産設備保全
2) プラント開発・施設保守

上記3つの主要分野にまたがって業務を行っています。

MFTBC Kawasaki plant serves as a truck production base in Japan, supplying dealers nationwide and overseas bases.
Our factory management section maintains and manages land, buildings, types if equipment, and facilities and carries out projects to improve the efficiency of future building layouts on site.
This position is manly to focus on Facility management, which aims for Office renovation/moving/making process in indirect area.
The Facility management team operates across 3 key verticals:
1) Equipment maintenance
2) Plant development & maintenance facilities
3) Utility maintenance & Environment & Sustainability.
The Office improvement team is part of 2) and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates to join the vibrant Office improvement team, taking on an important role in working closely with core team members to drive impactful outcomes across 3 diverse areas.
