【組織について】
CFO（50代）のもと、部長（40代）、メンバー4名（40代2名、30代1名、業務委託1名）の構成。実行力と安定性を兼ね備えたチームで、業務標準化と仕組み化を進めています。
・事業会社での経理実務経験（目安5年以上）
・月次決算を一人で完結できるレベルのスキル
・財務諸表作成・税務・監査対応などの経験
・チームマネジメントまたはレビュー経験（3名以上）

1. Project Finance Portfolio Management
• Manage post-closing project financing across multiple SPVs. Maintain regular communication with lenders (both Japanese and non-Japanese banks) and support ongoing relationship management.
• Manage waiver requests, covenant tracking, and refinancing processes.
• Manage drawdowns, repayments, debt service, and fee payments
• Monitor financial covenants and reporting obligations
• Coordinate lender reporting and compliance certificates
• Liaise with lenders, agents, trustees, and internal teams
• Support financial close, refinancing, and amendments as needed
2. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Manage day-to-day cash flows across SPVs and holding entities
• Execute and monitor project finance cash waterfall, including revenue accounts and other reserve accounts.
• Manage debt drawdowns, debt service and fee payments
• Track short-term liquidity and funding requirements
• 3–5+ years’ experience in treasury, project finance, or banking
• Direct experience with Japanese banks and project finance documentation
• Native-level Japanese and working English proficiency
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and SPV structures
• High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred
• Renewable energy or infrastructure project experience
• Experience working in project / portfolio companies (SPVs)
