Finance Senior Analyst

This position, Senior Analyst- FPA and Accounting, is responsible for all financial planning, accounting, compliance, and local statutory reporting activities and expected to work on-site in Tokyo, Japan. (able to work from home a few times per week if necessary).
求める経験 / スキル
The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree or more
Working experience in Finance/Accounting Department in a multi-national company minimum 7 years.
Advance skill/knowledge of accounting, CPA is plus
Experience of TAX filing, Transfer Price adjustment for international environment.
Native-level Japanese proficiency and basic English reading and writing skills.

This is a new role resulting from a new Operating Model and the establishment of a Global Accounting Operations Team. The role is part of the Transactional Management Team and will be responsible for general cash management duties (posts bank transactions in SAP, applying cash to appropriate ledgers, clearing accounts), supporting the tax team on transactional postings and local tax filings, support with intercompany recharges and reconciliations and support the asset team with general asset duties.

・公認会計士資格を保有している方
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（海外拠点や海外監査法人とのコミュニケーションが可能な方）
・上場企業またはIPO準備企業での経理・財務経験
・国際会計基準（IFRS）対応や海外子会社管理の経験
