・独立して、またチームの一員として働ける能力
・自発的で自信があり、優れたコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーション能力を持つ人物
・コンピュータスキル（Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint）が必要
・30～40％の出張（海外含む）が可能
・ビジネス英語レベルの能力

【Required Skills and Experience】
・Experience in successfully working with surgeons to both develop and launch “new” surgical procedures.
・Results oriented individuals with track record of meeting established goals and expanding market share.
・Ability to strategically plan and tactically implement new marketing programs
・Strong clinical competency a high plus
・Strong inter-functional management skills
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team
・Self-motivated, confident individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills
・Computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Ability to travel 30% - 40% (including international)
・Business English level dominance
