Roles & Responsibilities:

◼Provide consultation or advice to respond to customers’ clinical-related questions/problems on post-marketing products based on scientific and clinical knowledge or evidence.
◼Responsible for developing and executing educational programs/materials for external customers to strengthen Alma brand and make it to a competitive advantage.
◼Develop and manage relationship with clinical KOLs to promote Alma products and services’ as well as the cutting-edge technologies and techniques on medical aesthetic therapy and liposuction surgery.
◼Work closely with KOLs to develop treatment protocols for Japanese patients.
◼Work with product marketing to develop effective clinical promotional tools.
◼Build clinical capability in sales reps, including implementing training program for sales reps to become an expert and support strategic selling efforts to convert competitive accounts to Alma brand.
◼Actively manage customer relationships to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
◼Offer trainings of products for customers both non-surgical and surgical products.
◼Conduct product demonstration for prospective customers.
◼Responsible for achieving consumable revenue target.
◼Partner with sales team and clinical specialist to meet and exceed all customers’ expectations.
◼Address and resolve customer’s inquiries or issues by identifying the issue.
