1. 学歴・専攻要件：学士以上の学歴、デジタル信号処理、画像処理、光学、メディアアルゴリズム、ソフトウェアなど関連分野。
2. 職務経験要件：関連業務経験10年以上、画像および表示効果の主観・客観的基準の研究経験または製品映像効果の品質管理経験。
3. スキル要件：映像関連評価基準の原理を理解し、業界の画像主観・客観評価基準の新技術および進化理論を把握し、将来の映像発展や市場における関連分野の美的・技術的進化のトレンドを洞察・予見できること。
4. 個人能力要件：高い論理的思考力と学習能力を有し、優れたコミュニケーション能力、チームマネジメントおよびプロジェクトマネジメント能力を持つこと。

1. Educational Background and Major Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in digital signal processing, image processing, optics, media algorithms, software, or related fields;
2. Work Experience Requirements: Over 10 years of relevant work experience, with research experience in objective and subjective standards for image and display effects, or experience in product image quality delivery management;
3. Skills Requirements: Understanding of the principles of image evaluation standards, mastery of new technologies and evolving theories in industry image subjective and objective evaluation standards, with the ability to anticipate and foresee future developments in imaging and trends in market aesthetics and
technological evolution in related fields;
4. Personal Ability Requirements: Strong logical thinking and learning abilities, excellent communication skills, team management, and project management capabilities.
