Position Description
 The Japanese Power Trader Assistant is part of the trading team within GMJ’s Japanese Power business. The person will play a key contribution in building-out a Japanese Power trading desk in close coordination with Traders.
 The role will involve taking responsibility for developing and maintaining Trader tools, booking of deals, daily reconciliation of position and assisting Traders in daily PnL reconciliation.
 The person will coordinate closely with other members of the Japanese Power business and other GMJ functions, in a collaborative and open manner, more specifically with BO and IT support function to enhance processes and functionalities, involving testing in UI environment, and FO developers.

■Key Role Responsibilities
 Work closely with product control/Risks on curves input and ensure the accuracy of the daily P&L and position.
 Provide fit for purpose information for other management reports.
 Work closely with IT to support the trading tools.
 Function as a team-player and foster a collaborative and open working environment across the Japanese Power business and other functions of GMJ.

 To minimize booking errors, entering trades in a timely manner.
 Keep daily readiness of the Trader tools.
 Facilitate the daily routine for closing trading day process and curve saving.
 To keep close monitoring of Trades recording related to regulation requirement.
 To be always comply with the related regulations and internal rules which includes but not limited to Business Transaction Procedure and Risk Management Procedure.
