1. Plan and conduct appropriate non-clinical pharmacological studies, including animal studies, necessary to advance oncology projects, such as target identification, selection of drug candidates, confirmation of MOA, estimation of human dose, and exploration of combination drugs, under the guidance of the manager and team leader
2. Work in a team-oriented laboratory environment under the guidance of the manager and team leader, within cross-functional research teams (product creation, pharmacokinetics, safety, CMC, etc.) and other internal/external collaborators/stakeholders
3. Prepare patent specifications for parts related to non-clinical pharmacology data for patent filing of drug candidates.
4. Provide leadership, mentorship, and scientific/technical guidance to junior staff as opportunities arise.

This is a pharmacologist position developing antibody therapeutics, such as T cell engager, for treating cancer based on the deeper biological understanding of modulating T cell activation. The position holder will have responsibility of own pharmacology studies, drive pharmacological study and report to pharmacology lead and Research Lead in each project. The pharmacological study includes in vitro and in vivo preclinical study to evaluate anti-tumor activities and MOA analysis of drug candidates for IND submission.

＜必須 / Required＞
-PhD with 3+ years or MS with 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacology research
-Desire and ability to work in cross-functional, flexible and team-oriented environment
-Well-balanced communication skills (active & passive) in own language and in English
＜歓迎 / Preferred＞
- Proficient in-vivo skills
- Experience in cancer biology or immunology (がんや免疫領域での経験)

①基本給：当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定 ②裁量労働制の場合：裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000～100,000円支給 ③フレックスタイム制の場合：月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給
