■Department Overview
his QA team is responsible of the Quality Assurance of Rakuten Travel services. You can be involved in leading Online Travel Agent services and develop your skills in a global environment.

■Position Details
- Monitor and report on Quality metrics, deep dive and identify trends/root causes 
- Work closely with the Product Managers and Development Team to define and refine system test specifications 
- Maintain high performance culture and improve process for bottom performers through standardized processes and QA efforts 
- Review and assign tasks to team members (including Outsource management) 
- Multi-project management (including Onsite/Offsite management) 
- Test plan / design / implementation 
- Test perform (including collaboration with Outsource) 
- Prepare daily & weekly reports 

・品質KPIの監視と報告、傾向と根本原因の特定
・プロダクトマネージャーおよび開発チームとの緊密な連携し、システムテストの仕様を定義し改善する
・標準化されたQAプロセスを通じて、ハイパフォーマンスを維持し、ボトムパフォーマーのプロセスを改善する
・チームメンバーへのタスクのアサインとレビュー（アウトソースメンバーを含む）
・マルチプロジェクト管理（オンサイト／オフサイト管理含む）
・テスト計画／設計／実装／実施（アウトソース管理を含む）
・日報、週報の作成

■Work Environment
Our QA team, formed by 5 to 10 members, has a global working environment were both English and Japanese are used. The QA knowledge of the team is constantly improved through Overseas Conferences and weekly certification study sessions like ISTQB, and we maintain a healthy work-life balance (average overtime of 20-30 hours monthly, depending of the team). Also, we conduct regular 1on1 meetings to create a safe, comfortable working environment.
QAのチームは、5人～10人で構成されており、英語と日本語が飛び交うグローバルな環境の中で、活発に意見交換を行いながら、QA業務を行っております。また、QAの知見を深める為に海外カンファレンスへの参加・登壇、ISTQBなどの資格勉強会も週次で行っております。
チーム内の平均残業時間は20時間～30時間となっており、プライベートと仕事を充実出来るように、ワークバランスを大切にしています。定期的に1on1ミーティングを行い、働くことに対しての安心・安全を感じて頂ける仕事環境になります。
