仕事内容：
創薬研究プロジェクト加速のため、現場研究者との議論を通じて研究データ・ナレッジ利活用における本質的・潜在的な課題やニーズを同定し、最新のデジタルIT技術を活用して解決に導く。
それらを実現するための中長期戦略を立案し、研究員および部門マネジメントとの議論を通じた組織的意識改革および戦略遂行を実践することで意思決定サイクルを加速する。
将来的なマネジャーもしくはプロフェッショナル職候補として、多様なメンバーを巻き込みプロジェクト推進をリードするとともに、周囲のロールモデルとなり継続的な組織のケイパビリティ向上に貢献する。

・データドリブン創薬加速を目指したデータ利活用の中長期的な戦略立案・提案・遂行
・戦略遂行のための意識改革、チーム・プロジェクトマネジメント、人財育成計画の策定と実行
・抗体/低分子・中分子、薬効薬理/安全性（非臨床）、オミックスなど創薬研究における各種データベースのデザインや構築
・データサイエンティスト専門家向けの大規模データ解析環境のデザインや構築
・研究データの収集管理及び利活用の推進施策の立案と実行
・上記を含む部門横断的なデジタルIT基盤の導入/構築における構想立案、要件定義、構築、運用管理及びそれらに係る外注委託先のマネジメント

Description of work:
In order to accelerate drug discovery research projects, we will identify essential and potential issues and needs in the utilization of research data and knowledge through discussions with field researchers, and lead to solutions using the latest digital IT technology.
We will formulate medium- to long-term strategies to realize these goals, and accelerate the decision-making cycle by implementing organizational awareness reform and strategy execution through discussions with researchers and department management.
As a future manager or professional candidate, he will lead the project promotion by involving a diverse group of members, and become a role model for those around him, contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational capabilities.
[Specific work examples]
・Planning, proposing, and executing medium- to long-term strategies for data utilization aimed at accelerating data-driven drug discovery
・Formulate and implement awareness reform, team project management, and human resource development plans for strategy execution.
・Design and construction of various databases in drug discovery research, such as antibodies/small and medium molecules, pharmacology/safety (non-clinical), and omics
- Design and construction of large-scale data analysis environments for data scientists and experts
・Planning and implementation of measures to promote the collection, management, and utilization of research data
・Conceptualization, requirement definition, construction, and operation management in the introduction/construction of cross-functional digital IT infrastructure, including the above, and management of outsourcing companies related to these

・You can develop and implement data utilization strategies across diverse research areas (antibody/small and middle molecules, pharmacology/safety, omics, etc.), deepening your understanding of various drug discovery processes
