A Swiss based MNC company specialized in development, production and sales of high tech evaporation and sputtering machines for semiconductor, optics and optoelectronic manufacturers. We are active on a global perspective with entities in North America, Germany, Singapore and Malaysia.

Currently we are further increasing our foot print in Asia with entities in Japan, China and Taiwan. The key responsibility of this Japan based position of Field Service Engineer, is to support our high volume PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and evaporator equipment used in the manufacturing of
semiconductor applications for the LED-, Power Electronics-, Optics- and Wireless Communication industries.

【Duties and Responsibilities】
・Provide On-Site Support to customers using equipment for the manufacturing requirements
・React to system down emergencies to ensure the systems are return to production in a timely matter
・Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair products by using the training you will receive and your knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment
・Ability to read technical drawings
・Communicate with our technical support team locally and business unit leads in Switzerland to
ensure corrective actions are taken efficiently and precisely
・Travel upon business needs to other region, will include international travel for training on products and processes
・Possess both electrical and mechanical skills
・Work both independently and in a team environment
・Act as a Liaison between customers and headquarters to ensure all concerns are addressed accurately and effectively for long term resolution

ご入社後、1~3ヵ月スイス本社にて装置のトレーニングを行います。その後日本に戻り勤務を開始致します。
状況によってはアジアの他拠点で製品のトレーニングを受けることもございます。
