【業務概要】
本ポジションは、ASUS日本法人における法人向けハイタッチ営業の初期メンバーとして、エンドユーザー開拓を起点にビジネスを立ち上げていただくポジションです。
日本全国の法人顧客（企業・官公庁等）に対し、決裁者への直接アプローチ〜案件創出（スペックイン）までを担い、獲得した案件は既存の販売パートナーと連携しながらクロージングまでリードしていただきます。将来的には、営業プロセスの型化やチームビルディングにも関与いただくことを期待しています。

【主な担当業務内容】
■法人顧客への新規開拓営業（エンドユーザー直アプローチ）
　•ターゲット企業の選定および決裁者（総務、IT部門長、経営層）へのアプローチ
　•顧客課題のヒアリングおよび導入提案により、ASUS製品のスペックイン・案件創出

■パートナー連携による商流構築・クロージング支援
　•案件に応じた代理店・リセラーとの連携
　•見積・納期調整など、案件進行のディレクション

■リレーションシップマネジメント
　•法人顧客との中長期的関係構築（次期リプレイス情報の早期入手）
　•社内関係部門（製品／CS等）への市場フィードバック

【Business Development】
•develops a trusted-advisor relationship to establish alignment with channel partners' senior decision makers.
•Leads collaboration with internal teams to support channel partners and leverage resources.
•Prioritizes selling Laptops, desktops, and All in one devices and services.
•Works with internal team members and external partners to develop business plans that generate revenue and margin.
•Manages and executes complex account plans to ensure sales goals.
•Creates and distributes internal reports.
•Reconciles partner reporting data, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and drives actionable outcomes.
•Forecasts managed products and/or partner accounts.

【Relationship Building and Management】
•Leads collaboration with internal teams (e.g., sales, FAE, marketing,CPM,Admin) to support partners and leverage resources. Shares overall business plans with key partners and drives actions with internal teams.
•Actively participates and speaks at internal and external events and training by acting as a ASUS ambassador to grow a strong network and remain up-to-date on industry, competitor, and market trends. Serves as a resource to partners. Ensures learning from events are landed within their team and provides input and feedback to improve overall event strategy.
•To build up/train the team to manage/expand the channel partners and coverage.

【Account Management】
•Works with internal team and partners to develop joint business plans and convert market opportunities into concrete objectives.
•Develops short- and long-term goals, budgets, solution strategies, and performance expectations that are aligned with partners' needs and capabilities and align short-term plans with long-term priorities. Advocates for the adoption of plans within partner organizations and creates mutual accountability between ASUS and partners.
•Manages and executes complex account plans to ensure ASUS and partner sales goals, budgets, and forecasts are on target. Coordinates with key accounts on plan execution.
•Creates and distributes internal reports to senior leaders that include detailed account updates, metrics (e.g., leads, frequency, yield, transaction size), and performance reviews to ensure revenue and activation targets are met. Evaluates the state of business and provides input on how accounts are performing.
•Forecasts managed products and/or partner accounts for their team to examine trends, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for growth. Addresses gaps for overall team accountability and aligns forecasts across the team.

1. ユーザーのニーズ洞察および行動分析を担当し、ユーザー側の映像体験における課題やニーズを掘り下げ、ニーズの優先順位を分析する。
2. 映像製品の評価能力の構築を担当し、映像効果および体験の方向性の分解と細分化を支援し、ユーザーの典型的なシーンのカバー率と客観的評価能力を向上させ、専門的な評価体系を構築する。
3. 映像製品の評価およびユーザーリサーチプロジェクトのプロセスと運用効率の向上を担当し、ラボツールの構築を通じて、客観的な定量化能力と効率を段階的に高める。
4. 映像分野における世論運営およびユーザー管理、映像イベントプランの設計を担当し、市場の世論環境の改善を推進する。

1. Responsible for user needs insight and behavior analysis,identifying pain points and requirements in user-side imagingexperiences, and analyzing the priority of these needs;
2. Responsible for building imaging product evaluation capabilities, supporting the breakdown and refinement of imaging effects and experience directions, improving coverage and objectivity in typical user scenarios, and establishing a professional evaluation system;
3. Responsible for improving the processes and operational efficiency of imaging product evaluation and user research projects, and gradually enhancing objective quantification capabilities and efficiency through the development of laboratory
tools;
4. Responsible for public opinion management and user engagement in the imaging field, designing imaging activity plans, and promoting improvements in the market public opinion environment.

1. Search, analysis and propose new or trend sensor technologies to
improve a smartphone’s camera experience.
2. Assess a contribution, a value, and issues of the new technology by an
evaluation and a simulation with related teams.

スマートフォン製品の画質を向上させるため、以下の観点から最先端の画像処理アルゴリズムを研究開発する。
1．新しいイメージセンサ（例：新型CFAセンサ、NIR等）やカメラモジュールに基づくISPパイプラインアーキテクチャとアルゴリズム設計をリードする。
2．ノイズ除去、デモザイク、デブラー、デフォーカス、超解像などのディープラーニングに基づく画像/映像処理アルゴリズムの研究開発をリードする。
3．計算光学、物理ベースレンダリング、計算照明、フォトメトリックステレオなどの計算写真に関する研究開発。
4．センサーの専門家と協力し、様々なセンサーデータの機械学習アルゴリズムを開発・統合する。
5．国内外の大学やサプライヤーとの協力関係の構築。

Research and develop the cutting-edge image processing algorithm to improve imaging quality of smartphone product in following aspects:
1. Lead the ISP pipeline architecture and algorithm design based on novel image sensors (ex. New CFA sensor, NIR etc.) or/and camera modules.
2. Lead the research and development on deep learning based image/video processing algorithms such as denoise, demosaic, deblur, defocus, super-resolution etc.
3. Research and develop on computational photography such as computational optics, physical based rendering, computational illumination, photometric stereo, etc..
4. Collaborate with sensor experts to develop and integrate machine learning algorithms for a variety of sensor data.
5. Build the cooperation relationship with university/suppliers in Japan and global.

1. スマートフォンのカメラの3Aシステム設計をリードする。ハードウェア（センサー、ISPなど）とソフトウェア（アルゴリズム、システムソフトウェアなど）の両方で、スマートフォンカメラの3Aシステム設計を主導。パフォーマンス、レイテンシー、消費電力を含む3A機能の包括的な改善を担当。
2. デジタル一眼レフカメラとスマートフォンカメラの3Aシステムの違いを調査・分析し、スマートフォンカメラの3Aを改善する機会とシステムソリューションを見つける。
3. 3Aシステムに関する最先端技術について、国内外の大学やサプライヤーとの協力関係を構築する。

1. Lead the 3A system design of the mobile phone camera on both hardware (sensor, ISP, etc.) and software (algorithms, system software, etc.). Responsible for the comprehensive improvement of 3A capabilities, including performance, latency and power consumption.
2. Investigate and analyze the difference of 3A system between DSLR and mobile phone camera to finding the opportunity and system solution to improve 3A of mobile phone camera.
3. Build the cooperation relationship with university/suppliers in Japan and global for the cutting-edge technologies on 3A system.

1. モータ制御システムの開発、手振れ補正アルゴリズムの開発、手振れ補正技術に関する研究。
2. AF Driver ICの組み込みソフトウェア開発モータ位置精度や周波数応答や静定時間を改善。
3. OIS Driver ICおよびIMUの組み込みソフトウェア開発。
EISおよび画像処理と連携しシステムレベルで各種キャリブレーション性能および手振れ補正性能を向上。
4. OISモータICのアルゴリズム開発と技術評価に協力し、手振れ補正モジュールの開発と性能分析仕様を最適化。
5. 関連技術の動向分析、競合製品の調査、業界の発展状況に精通し新技術と優れたリソースを紹介する。
