As a key technical contributor, the incumbent will develop/deploy innovation and provide high level technical support to drive the
business growth of Japan F&B market.

具体的には…
・Works as key technical contributor on development and execution of innovation pipeline and technical service programs.
・Presents experimental results and project updates internally as well as externally.
・Conducts field trials of new technology solutions and provide support at customer sites.
・Provides high-level customers facing technical support.
・Identify customer pain-points and translate them to the technical problems and provide the solutions.
・Works as part of a cross-functional project team/global project team; collaborates closely with the other researchers and colleagues
from marketing, sales and customers.
・Provides ongoing technical support for operations, quality improvement, cost reduction, raw material and regulatory change.
・Demonstrates initiative and creativity in identifying and trying new and different approaches.
