【業務概要】
●全社および事業部の事業計画、ブランド戦略に基づく、流通企業戦略の立案と実行
・ブランドのマーケティング戦略、店頭戦略とアラインした流通企業の店頭展開やリテールのサポートを行い、各ブランドの成長、育成に繋げる

●マーケティングプロモーション活動に沿った流通企業における実行支援
・流通企業の店頭を中心に展開する各種販促プロモーションにおいて、ブランド戦略が確実に実行されるよう、流通戦略PDCAを推進し、業務効率を最大化
・常に各ブランドの売上および費用の予実を把握し、課題が生じた場合はメンバーと関連部門を連携させ、スピード感を持ったアクションを取る

●流通企業との関係構築と育成
・営業、営業企画チームと連携し、各流通企業の中長期Vision、戦略を理解し、各企業の目指す方向性に応じた訴求を行い、生活者の眼の健康やアイケアの寛容度を向上させる
・営業、営業企画チームと連携し、価値提供に共感/協力する流通企業を育成

●広告代理店、関連会社などの協業およびマネジメント
・広告代理店、媒体社、制作会社等との協業効果を最大化するとともに、広告費最適化を通して事業部の収益に貢献する

About the team
We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our monetization strategy and operations (MSO) team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in Japan. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.
The MSO organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Our team uses data analysis to help drive the company’s monetization strategy and operations. We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to drive analytics initiatives that guide operational excellence for our Japan business.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Japan management team, to shape Bytedance's mid-to-long term commercial incentive strategy with key partners to drive business growth
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends of competitors' deal offering, evaluate effectiveness and incorporate into Bytedance's deal design
- Define monetary incentive structure and service value added to support Bytedance's partners' business expansion
- Liason with cross-functional counterparties across legal, finance, tax to drive deal implementation
- Tactical short-term booster program design, aiming to capture short-term revenue opportunity
- Budget planning, including establishing tracking dashboards, conducting ROI measurement and post-program analysis

【業務内容】

日本のマネジメントチームと連携し、中長期的な商業インセンティブ戦略を策定
競合他社のディールオファーに関する市場調査・分析を実施し、ByteDanceのディール設計に反映
パートナー企業の事業拡大を支援するための金銭的インセンティブ構造および付加価値サービスの定義
法務、財務、税務などの関連部門と連携し、ディールの実行を推進
短期的な収益機会を捉えるためのブースタープログラムの設計
予算計画の策定、ダッシュボードによる進捗管理、ROI測定および施策後の分析
