■Scope:
Support sales activity of USD 304 MM (FY25 Actual), interacting with sales, marketing, logistics, IT, RAQA in Japan as well as Regional CO team.
■Job Summary:
Support sales team by providing administrative service in CRM and local EC systems. Coordinate with other functions such as IT, logistics to make sure all the sales operation flow smoothly. Improve operational process and maximize efficiency of sales operations under supervision.
Communicate with other functions including APAC and Global team for system improvement and trouble shooting.
All the operational tasks related to sales activities are job scope and thus responsible tasks change constantly.
■Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
1.Perform system operations using CRM and local EC systems (e.g., SFDC)
└a.System Master file maintenance (e.g., Customer master, Sales assign master, product master, price master)
└b.Apply Organizational change in timely manner (e.g., new user, new authorization structure, approval process etc.)
└c.Provide user training to new users and existing users when needed
└d.Inquiry handling from sales, customers and patients as needed
└e.Develop sales related reports to support business analysis
└f.System enhancement for better data management and quality
└g.Handle system-related issues and coordinate with the IT team to resolve them
2.Improve existing business processes
└a.Analyze improvement area of existing operational process
└b.Develop improvement plan and work with the team to execute the plan under supervision
3.Support sales execution and related activities
└a.Respond to sales inquiries, channel inquiries to the right person, and/or consult with the appropriate internal or external person.
└b.Facilitate IT-related communication between sales representatives and customers (e.g., coordination with IT teams
└c.Monitor compliance for sales representatives and customers related to sales activities
└d.Support the internal audit processes for related sales systems
4.Participate in cross functional projects as a user representative
└a.IT projects (CRM system improvement etc.)
└b.New product launch projects
5.Publish sales related reports, which is to be automated
└a.Ad-hoc reports
└b.One time data consolidation (for base data for analysis)
