サービスエンジニアチームをマネジメントいただくポジションです。
Main Objectives：
1.Build and manage a capable and strong Engineer Dept.
2.Deliver / complete projects in schedule, economically and to client’s satisfaction, and to our internal installation standards.
3.High level of customer satisfaction during the whole project stage.
4.Increase awareness of company standards; improve working standards, Quality control, and working methodology.
5.“0” installation and project defects.
6.Coaching each engineer consistently.■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

Major responsibilities include：
1.Client satisfaction.
2.Review project designs, and project preparations prior to project starting.
3.Organize project kick off meetings and coordinate been Sales Dept. and Service Dept.
4.Work with other Depts. to improve efficiencies, professionalism and client satisfaction.
5.Manage working scheduled of engineers and PMs, according to client needs, project needs, and also company needs.
6.Manage relationship with sub-contractors and sub-contractor budgets.
7.Checking internal documents (SO, weekly updates…etc).
8.Installation and project Quality Control.
9.Conduct Company Internal Hand Over.
10.Conduct Hand Over to client.
11.Work with others to achieve company goals and mission.
12.Work with HR to recruit new engineers staff and build team.
13.Organize a training program for your team.
14.Manage working schedules, leave and vacation time of Service Dept.■職種未経験者：不可
