■Interactions
• Review HCP interaction requests/submissions to ensure compliance with global policy and local regulations
• Identify non-compliance issues and resolve them with internal customers
• Monitor requests in the compliance tool for timely processing and closure
• Ensure all required documentation is entered before closing interaction files in the compliance tool
• Provide guidance on using the compliance tool to key internal customers
• Prepare interaction dashboards and present statistics to senior leaders
• Conduct data analysis reviews to identify risks and non-compliance, and present findings to senior leaders
• Provide regular training to internal customers
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation

■Internal Controls
• Standardize internal control processes, enhance documentation and testing procedures
• Facilitate documentation of controls over processes executed by Shared Service Centers (SSC)
• Coordinate with SSC teams to gain understanding of control decisions
• Identify pain points in control design and execution, design effective solutions
• Assist in communication with the organization and external auditors regarding the compliance approach

【職務内容】
　・個別テーマ監査および国内外グループ子会社の拠点監査（毎年、海外拠点監査あり）の立案、実施、改善計画の策定、報告を専門的見地から実施する
　・部門内での監査品質改善活動（FY26外部評価予定）
　・海外の内部監査人と連携しながら、現地監査結果の共有と指導
　・社内の内部統制関連部門とも連携しながら、社内ガバナンス強化に寄与
　・社内での内部監査研修の企画、実施

■Job Purpose:
As a Financial Assurance Manager, this individual will support internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) assessments throughout our firm. In addition, this individual will support key initiatives to imple-ment, execute and manage the effectiveness of the ICFR Program, acting as a trusted partner and drive awareness and effectiveness of risk management and controls processes in a cross-functional envi-ronment.

■Major Accountabilities:
・Conduct the evaluation and testing of business processes’ key controls and identification of areas of risk, leading the assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of control frameworks and recommend enhancements
・Prepare the annual internal controls risk assessment including internal and external risk factors, financial statement mapping, controls rationalization/gap analysis, risks identification, key reports and system interfaces, and services organization controls.
・Coordinate the execution of the internal control testing calendar with key process leads and ex-ternal auditors, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
・Coordinates external auditors activities related to Internal Controls, ensuring alignment with the internal framework
・Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with cross-functional teams to stream-line workflows and improve efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
・Develop and deliver training programs to promote awareness of internal controls and risk man-agement throughout the organization.
・Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand and ad-dress applicable risks
・Act as a trusted advisor to key process leads on matters related to internal controls and risk man-agement.
・Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance control monitoring and risk assessment pro-cesses.

• Support global risk assessment and monitoring plan to ensure compliance and mitigate risks;
Monitor compliance with healthcare policies and procedures, development of complex testing templates and metrics for tracking and trending, and providing appropriate guidance to internal stakeholders
• Drive and ensure a culture of ethics and compliance by closely partnering with commercial and cross-functional team to:
1) Provide value added and solution oriented counseling;
2) Optimize local compliance rules and SOPs;
3) Design and update local compliance training materials an overall training plan;
4) Drive compliance ownership across the organization
• Review and approve transactions and interactions with health care professionals
• Support third party due diligence and overall risks management, including driving closure of red flags identified
• Other incidental duties
