Mission:
As a member of the LVMH W&J Shared Service Center (SSC) organization in Japan, the Technical Infrastructure Manager drives the evolution and optimization of infrastructure and solutions to support business growth and operational excellence, while ensuring robust IT security in alignment with LVMH group standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive roadmap for global and local initiatives within the technical domain.
Proactively drives IT transformation ensuring standardization and alignment with HQ guidelines and core model.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and enhancing IT processes and user experience.
Oversee all BUILD activities related to system and network infrastructure, including the maintenance and lifecycle management of all servers and network components to keep them up to date.
Pilot all local store-related projects (openings, renovations, closures) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate closely with the IT Operations team (RUN) and Business Solutions team (BUILD) to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services to end-users.
Document and maintain knowledge of local specifications, in collaboration with HQ teams to ensure relevancy of Japan infrastructure.■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日

Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a technical team.
IT governance skills, capable of managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day IT operations effectively.
Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects in international settings involving culturally diverse teams with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Windows OS (workstations and servers), workstation management services (Workspace One), Microsoft 365 platform (including Exchange and Teams administration), and network infrastructure (including CISCO and Meraki solutions with SD-WAN implementation).
Vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
Ability to consolidate complex information, create clear and concise presentations, and produce well-written reports to effectively communicate ideas, project status, and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences, in both English and Japanese languages.
Skilled at guiding teams and stakeholders through technological and organizational change, ensuring alignment and minimizing disruption.
Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
Professional certifications are highly valued (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CCNP, CISSP, Agile, …).
