■Interactions
• Review HCP interaction requests/submissions to ensure compliance with global policy and local regulations
• Identify non-compliance issues and resolve them with internal customers
• Monitor requests in the compliance tool for timely processing and closure
• Ensure all required documentation is entered before closing interaction files in the compliance tool
• Provide guidance on using the compliance tool to key internal customers
• Prepare interaction dashboards and present statistics to senior leaders
• Conduct data analysis reviews to identify risks and non-compliance, and present findings to senior leaders
• Provide regular training to internal customers
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation
■Internal Controls
• Standardize internal control processes, enhance documentation and testing procedures
• Facilitate documentation of controls over processes executed by Shared Service Centers (SSC)
• Coordinate with SSC teams to gain understanding of control decisions
• Identify pain points in control design and execution, design effective solutions
• Assist in communication with the organization and external auditors regarding the compliance approach
