MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 Analyze processes, systems, and organizations to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies.
 Prioritize identified opportunities in alignment with COO and CFO as well as Global/Regional Transformation Directors.
 Develop and maintain a roadmap for transformation initiatives,setting clear timelines, deliverables, and targets in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
 Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
 Provide guidance and support to project teams making sure about the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
 Stay updated with industry trends and the group movements about best practices in transformation and leverage them to drive change within the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced degree preferred.
 Native level in Japanese, proficient in English.
 10-year experience in multi-national companies as a functional head.
 Experience in FMCG or the Cosmetics Industry is a plus.
 High level of understanding about ERP and related systems.
 Qualified project manager or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
 Advanced skills about MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
