技術系（機械設計・製造技術） - アプリケーションエンジニア

Responsibility
• Manage and Grow relationship with customers such as OEM, Tiers, and Distributors
• Collect customers’ needs and seeds, actively identify and pursue business opportunities by providing technical support and problem solving from SKF
• Interact with internal team including Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.
• Manage business opportunity & prepare the value proposition for the customer application by respecting customers’ requirement & internal business perspective.
• Be a part of development project team, specify & lead design verification & process validations (testing) within global facilities.
• Handle Engineering / Process Change and Quality issues.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

Successful candidates should have (prerequisite)
• Minimum university bachelor degree on Engineering / mechanical engineering.
• English skills (TOEIC 600 min.) + verbal fluency to work on the phone / web meeting with overseas clusters.
• Automotive engineering experience (more than 3 years)
• Basic knowledge of Automotive development process and car or truck structure
• Basic knowledge of material mechanics, fluid dynamics, thermos dynamics as engineer in automotive industry
• Ability to work under highly competitive atmosphere and good communication skills
• Fast learner and basic PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)

Preferably having;
• Global project management and negotiation skills
• Chassis or/and powertrain (e-axle etc.) engineering knowledge in Automotive
• Bearing knowledge
• CAE (1D simulation, FEM, etc.) experience
