The main responsibility of the Finance Director is to manage the Finance and Business Control of the Business Unit. Drive the development of the Business Unit’s financial strategy, business planning, target and objective setting & follow up with the Managing Director and the senior management. The Finance Director support across departments including captive retail, to plan, follow up and make corrective measures to achieve financial and operation performance targets and thereby contributing to our profitability.

・Relevant business knowledge and experience in a similar role
・Extensive managerial and leadership experience preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related B2B industry
・Experience from a position with a large number of direct reports with a P&L responsibility
・Fluent in English
・Hands-on working style
・Minimum 3 years experience within an International company
・Worked within the Automotive industry
・Minimum 5 year managerial experience (HR/compliancy) with Japanese team > 5FTE
・Understanding of Retail activities is a strong plus
