Global network strategy development and other strategy development
・Develop Global dealer network strategy
・Communicate and manage region local network strategy progress with feedback
・Retail Distribution Strategy and promote transformation of distribution network / Governance for distribution strategy
・Other country specific strategy development and market research, reporting

このチームでは日産自動車が世界中で保有する約8000店のディーラー向けのグローバル戦略を作ります。グローバルの戦略を基に各リージョンでローカライズされたネットワーク戦略が立てられます。（リージョンの戦略を理解し、遂行の進捗管理をします。）グローバル共通のネットワーク課題や自動車業界の将来的なディーラーのあり方を踏まえた店舗戦略や、特定の国の課題調査・レポートの作成を行います。全世界及び、北米・欧州・中国・日本という代表的なリージョンのディーラー戦略の理解を深め、日産自動車で共通となる今後のネットワーク課題と対策に踏み込むことが出来る仕事です。

In this global network strategy team, we create the global network strategy direction covering the Nissan's approx. 8000 dealers world wide. Based on the global strategy, each region will make their own localized network strategy. (We will be following up on the progress of their local plan). We will also conduct deep dive reporting and researching for how the future of dealership and network should be by considering the common issues among the Nissan network. Scope may be for pan-region or for a specific market. You will have opportunity to see world-wide Nissan strategy as well as main regions' network strategy. As knowledge enhances, you will be able to understand the key issues and ultimately develop countermeasures for Nissan's future network growth and sustainability.

■MUST
・事業戦略・経営戦略のご経験
・実務でメール・口頭でのコミュニケーションを実行できるレベルの英語力（TOEIC850点程度）
・グローバルプロジェクト又はクロスファンクショナルプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
・実務でエクセル、パワーポイントを使いこなせる
・English proficiency level for operation to send e-mails and to communicate (TOEIC 850 above), corporate communication, materials are all in English
・Project management experience for global projects or cross functional projects (Cross depts/Cross company)
・Excel, powerpoint skill

自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred
■TOEIC：・TOEIC 850 above／　Preferable: Japanese language proficiency

■WANT
・店舗戦略開発・管理業務経験（他業種小売業界　又は／及び　自動車業界）
・英語でのプレゼンやMC、Facilitationの経験
・Network strategy development, progress management experience (for auto industry/other manufacturing industry)
・Corporate or business strategy development, progress management experience (same as above)
・English presentation, MC, facilitation skills

自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred
■TOEIC：・TOEIC 850 above
